We provide 3 months of support from the date of purchase.
Support includes assistance with theme installation, configuration guidance, and bug fixes related to the theme.
Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin issues, or hosting/server problems.
Support can be extended by renewing your support plan after the initial period.
CoachingPress includes an inbuilt support ticket system.
Users must submit support requests via the ticket system.
Our team aims to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours on business days.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis and response times may vary depending on ticket complexity.
Theme installation and server setup services are available upon request.
This service may be offered as a paid add-on.
Setup services include basic theme installation, demo import, and initial configuration only.
Advanced customization or third-party integrations are not included unless explicitly agreed.
CoachingPress supports Calendly integration for appointment booking.
Users are responsible for maintaining an active Calendly account.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or limitations caused by Calendly or any third-party service.
Any changes to Calendly’s API or policies are outside our control.
Access to your account may be restricted or suspended due to security concerns, policy violations, expired support, or payment-related issues.
If your account is disabled, you must contact support through the ticket system for assistance.
Theme updates are provided to customers with a valid license.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of CoachingPress after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
